I am an award-winning novelist, journalist and writing coach. My novel
A Foolish Consistency took first place in the Chatelaine Book Awards and was a finalist in the USA Best Book Awards, the National Indie Excellence Awards, the Next Generation Indie Book Awards and the IndieFab Book Awards.

I have written thousands of features and my work has appeared in top magazines, newspapers and periodicals across the country and around the world. I also led the news division of a top research university.
